Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Revora AI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Revora AI, Inc. ("Revora AI," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware corporation with principal offices located at 548 Market Street, Suite 95879, San Francisco, CA 94104.

2. Description of Service

Revora AI provides a revenue risk intelligence platform that analyzes customer relationship management (CRM) data, support interactions, product usage metrics, and other business data to generate predictive insights regarding customer churn risk, pipeline stability, renewal probability, and revenue volatility.

The Service includes: (a) access to the Revora AI web application; (b) data integration capabilities; (c) machine learning-based risk scoring; (d) alerting and notification features; (e) reporting and dashboard functionality; and (f) API access as specified in your subscription plan.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1. To access the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update this information to maintain its accuracy.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify Revora AI of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.3. Revora AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk.
